REFUND POLICY


Quantic Infotech Service Provider has implemented a transparent refund policy. In case you are not satisfied with our service level within 3 days or before, you can request a refund. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Please contact us at support@quanticinfotech.in in this case. Your request will be reviewed within 5 business days and replied to in a timely manner. This policy can be modified or edited without prior notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY


Customer can cancel their order within 3 days or before confirmation; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY


Once we have the confirmation of payment from the client, we shall get in touch with the client to start the training/services.

The client shall confirm us the particular date/time for us to fix an appointment with the particular team, any changes in the appointment from us or from the client will be refixed depending on the training/services, depending on the availability.
